Big Thing ("we", "our") is a decision intelligence platform that helps you stress-test business decisions before you commit time, money, or effort. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data — your email address and name, collected through Firebase Authentication when you sign up, including when you sign in with Google.
• Decision data — the decisions, business context, and inputs you submit to run a simulation, audit, or research report.
• Generated data — the reports, scores, and analyses our AI produces for you.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as the pages you visit and the features you use.
• Credit data — your credit balance and transaction history.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process your requests and generate your reports.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.

4. AI request processing

When you run a report, the content you submit is sent to third-party AI model providers so they can generate your results. These providers process your input solely to fulfil your request. We do not use your decision data to train machine-learning models.

5. Data retention

Your account data, reports, and credit history are stored for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform — Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage, and AI model providers for report generation — and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

7. Your rights
